The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs of the Republic of Korea is inviting 26 participants, including the Chiefs of Army Staff, Korean War veterans, and bereaved family members from four Commonwealth countries—the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand—on April 22 to mark the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Gapyeong during the Korean War. A welcome message commemorating their visit to Korea is being displayed on electronic road signboards along Olympic-daero in Seoul.
