From Monday, July 1st to Sunday, July 7th, a variety of activities including tours of war and security sites, team missions, and cultural experiences will be conducted in Seoul, Busan, and other locations.
On Thursday, July 4th, the creation of a commemorative space called ‘Forest of Memory’ along the Han River and the ‘Bicycle Alliance Road’ event, a 6.25 km ride along significant Korean War battlegrounds on the Han River, will be held. Minister Kang Jung-ai stated, “We will enhance exchange activities through patriotic projects to ensure that the descendants of the Republic of Korea and UN Sending States remember and continue the history of the UN participation dedicated to the defense of freedom and democracy.” |
