Seoul National Cemetery Transferred to MPVA
 The National Seoul Memorial Cemetery will be transferred from the Ministry of National Defense to the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs on July 24 with the enactment of the revised National Cemetery Act.  The Ministry will develop a basic re-creation plan and tandard manuals for memorial services, visits, and burials through research services this year.  A commemorative ceremony, including the flag-raising of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, will be held on Thursday, the 25th.  Minister Kang Jung-ai expressed commitment to recreating the cemetery as a high-quality memorial space and a popular cultural and relaxation area for the public.
