On April 24, Vice Minister Lee attended the 74th anniversary ceremony of the Battle of Kapyong at the Commonwealth Memorial in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province. He laid a wreath in honor of the fallen soldiers of the Commonwealth forces.
