On November 5, 2025, the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs (MPVA) held a Policy Brief Luncheon for foreign correspondents to introduce the upcoming “Turn Toward Busan” International Memorial Ceremony, which will take place in Busan on November 11 to mark the United Nations Veterans International Memorial Day. During the luncheon, the Vice Minister also presented the MPVA’s veterans diplomacy initiatives, including the Revisit Korea Program for UN Veterans, and shared the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to promote international remembrance and honor the legacy of Korean War veterans around the world.
